Estate Management System
Estate Management System is a unique product designed to manage all the activities of the entire estate.EMS is designed to lower the burden of management by keeping records of the activities. The user interface is designed in such a way that the user feels the easy of using our EMS. The performance of EMS is also tuned in such a way so that the user feels the ease of operating our EMS. The operations such as the muster entry, input material entry, and contract labor entry, rainfall entry and many more other kind of estate operations can be updated to our EMS.
Some of the modules involved in our EMS
Muster Entry
Muster entry module is the main entry point where in the data has to be entered for the work done in a particular division and in turn in a block for a particular job. Even the attendance can be updated for
the persons involved in doing a particular job which helps in calculating man days involved for a particular job for the selected period. Muster entry can be automated for the entry part where the division
managers can make the data entry using their smart phone through the mobile applications.
Input Material Entry
Material entry module was designed so as to keep the track record for all kind of input activities such as irrigation, manuring , chemical spraying, weeding ,fencing etc…Any number of Input activities can be
defined and made use of. Keeping record of all the input activities helps in knowing the quantity of materials consumed to get the yield. So the costing involved in getting a particular yield can be calculated
accurately.
Yield Entry
Yield entry consists of the entry module required to update the harvesting done or the yield obtained from the estate. The module is designed with some intelligence involved like the entry can be done only for
the output job activities like tea plucking, coffee picking etc. The unit of the crop is also picked from the master entry module so the user will get to know about his entry. Keeping track record of the
yield obtained is so important as main purpose of all other activities in the estate is to obtain good yield.
