As we know in hospitals, time is a very precious thing. Saving time means saving life in the medical field. Time plays a vital role in hospitals. So to cut down the time in hospitals spending on documentation we have come
up with a solution for Hospitals. In the earlier days before computerization in hospitals used to spend lot of time to maintain patient data rather used many papers to do so. Our solutions for hospital are termed as
Hospital Management System. In this we have many modules such as front desk, doctor’s login, pharmacy, laboratory etc.
Some of the modules involved in our HMS
Patient Entry
Patient entry module is the main entry module for the transactions to happen. In hospitals patient is the key entity on which all the transactions are been done. The design of the module is in such a way that
a person with basic computer knowledge can operate our software with ease. In this module primary information of the patient is been gathered for further communication. The patient contact information can
also be edited and updated.
Front desk
Front desk acts as the face of the hospital. The front desk module is been provided with feasibility to allot patient for the respective duty doctor under respective department. Patients allotted are being allotted
with a OPD number which is a unique number generated for this patient for the life time. The departments are mapped for complaints in such a way that the moment front desk executive selects the complaints
like cough, headache etc the mapped department is selected and the duty doctors available in that department are been listed so that the executive can select the respective doctor and allot the patient.
Doctors Login
Doctor’s login module is a vital module where the other departments like pharmacy, radiology etc of the hospital are been dependent. Unlike the traditional approach there is no need for the doctor to use paper
for prescription rather can updated the diagnosis on our HMS in the meanwhile can also update medicines which will be reflected in pharmacy login. So the patient can just walk-in directly to the pharmacy
to collect the medicine by just mentioning OPD number at the counter unlike carrying prescription paper. For further reference an SMS/e-mail will be sent for the patient with all prescription details.
