Rather than handling the transactions in school it’s very important to have student complete information in a well organized manner and the in ease of accessing of student information when ever required. In some emergency scenarios parent phone number may be required on a urgent basic and if it consumes much time to find just a phone number then the effort may go waste. Instead if the data is maintained in a well organized manner the retrieval of the data will also be in a easier way. Hence in our School Management System we have planned in such a way that the student information is accessible in just simple mouse clicks by selecting student.

Fee is one of the important component in school. Managing fee is one of the challenge and handling it is an art. So as to ease the fee management we have included fee management module in our School Management System. Handling the fee is one part rather keeping parents informed about the fee status is another part. We have integrated fee payment with SMS where in a SMS will be sent for the parents consisting information about the fee paid. Fee payment remainders can also be sent through our software.

Our School Management System has a separate module where in the user can select students and send different types of SMS(Short Messaging Service) for multiple registered mobile numbers of students parent. Even the exam/Test results can also be sent on parents mobile and no need to worry if the child hides the progress card from parents and no more punishing for the child for not getting the signature from parent on the progress card. Not only SMS we also have a report module were-in the school can get report like fee balance report(list of student whose fee has to be paid),Fee paid details report with receipt number (Helpful to show if the parent query about the fee paid), study certificate(With just few mouse clicks and in few seconds), transfer certificates(With just few mouse clicks and in few seconds) and many different kind of reports can be generated.
